What you are describing is called Euro-trance or Epic-Trance. The big djs that spin that stuff right now are Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Paul Oakenfold, Blank and Jones, Above and Beyond, Matt Darey.
Now the example you gave (Costumed) sounds more like early Progressive Trance which is still pretty popular and is spun by djs like Sandra Collins, Sasha, John Digweed, Christopher Lawrence, Dave Ralph, Perry Oneil, and Paul Van Dyke. I can probably dig up some specific tunes out of my crates that would fit your bill but it might take me some time to post back.
