1. Denver
2. Portland
3. Seattle
4. Charlotte
5. Las Vegas
6. Phoenix
But hey, I'm biased and I like cooler climates. You haven't said what your priorities are, but I guess your main priority is where you can get jobs and housing cost?
Personally I think housing in the Front Range is reasonable, except for a few specific areas, Boulder in particular.
