Don't forget Meatloaf as "Tiny" in Wayne's World. He was the bouncer that told Wayne and Garth about the bands at the club, one of which was the "Shitty Beatles."

I'm not really a fan of Shania Twain, but her cameo in I Heart Huckabees was very funny too.
