Yes, there is such a thing.
They can also be labeled "deoderant" by some brands like Playtex.
Tampax has "unscented" and "fresh scent."
I've read how the scented ones are simply unneeded, can cause infection, and are often made of synthetic or petroleum based chemicals... so it's just easier to steer clear of them.
They have scented pads as well, and I stay away from those. It's not like anyone goes down there sniffing while I'm on my period anyway....
