I didn't say anything about
competent gun owners. My point was that some people take stupid risks no matter what they are doing. Sometimes, those stupid risks are taken when the possibility of death is high.
No disrespect intended toward gun owners or parachute jumpers... Those are just two things (like motorcycle riding) that popped into my head when thinking about fun things that can easily turn deadly
if you're a stupid risk taker.
