Anal sex will be different for men and women just from a biological stand point, so you wouldn't be able to have anal sex and know what it feels like for a woman to have anal or vaginal sex.
As far as I understand it; Men recieve physical pleasure from anal sex because it stimulates the prostate gland. Women do not have a prostate gland, the reason it feels good to them is because there is only a fairly thin section of flesh seperating the vagina from their colon/lower intestine/whatever that area is. So when they have an object inserted, it stimulates the nerves of the vagina, but in a different way than it does when something is inserted into the vagina.
