My head is spinning with reviews and on-line chatter about these newer PDA phones.

I need the device to be as practical and dependable as a cel phone can be (which in my area = Verizon

) and I want a good organizer that will sync up easily with my iBook G4 that I just bought. I really need to keep my calendar and phone book up to date and with me at all times.
If it's not easy to use (and sync) and not dependable as a Palm or phone, then it's of absolutely no use to me. Receiving email isn't first on my list right now, but I can see this changing in the near future.

Ahh, is technology really good for us or just an ever tightening noose around our straining necks?
