I think that, at best, it is definitely in their interest to add "choice" to the menu. If nothing else, it indemnifies them against those morons who say "all they have is..." and then use that as a basis for lawsuit- which is bullshit.
I think the fact that the "health" options only comprise 2% of their total sales really speaks to the fact that "people demanded" the change and they're coming in, in droves, to take advantage. /sarcasm
I say hooray to KFC for offering cake to follow fried chicken- and for free, even!
