went and saw this yesterday with my mother.
i had heard is was mildly funny.
It almost seemed like a really dark comedy. I thoroughly enjoyed myself , but i gotta admit i kept waiting for things that happened in the original to happen in the new version (mainly the floaty juice room).
Im not one for seeing movies in the theatres, but this, like star wars 3 are just not as amazing on a smaller television.
and the oompa(s)/story was awesome.
