Roger Clemens: Hall of Famer, New York Yankee
FROM ESPN:
Roger Clemens took some time out from looking forward to his 300th victory to look back on the first 13 years of his career -- and look ahead to the Hall of Fame and which team he'll represent. Clemens told The New York Times on May 18 that he wants to enter the Hall of Fame as a Yankee. Clemens earned the first 192 of his 298 victories pitching for the Red Sox, tied with Cy Young for the most in club history. But Clemens said he'd like the Yankees' logo on his Cooperstown plaque, the way Reggie Jackson has it. "It's pretty simple, the way I look at it," Clemens told The Times. "I became a Hall of Famer here, with my numbers here and what I've done here, and hopefully 300 will be another big part of that."
What do you all think? I like Roger as a Yankee in the Hall. He won his Championships there and had some great moments as a Yankee.
