thanks for the suggestions, this week has been a little better but one of the problems i have with sleeping is that i live about 100feet from a very active train tracks with very active train horns...but ive been managing, my gym is 24 hours as well and i thought about working out before work but my job requires me to be not sore of tired(like what you feel after working out) because i have to be alert and able to deal with possible physical confrontations
but i think i'll keep going how ive been going this week and see how it goes,
