My, my, my how far we've strayed....
I have no idea what's meant by the phrase. It seems as if she's insulting both fellows, but damned if I know what the insult means. It almost seems like she's insulting their....manhood? I don't know.
I have quite a few female friends and although I've never heard them use it, maybe they'll know what it means. I'll ask around.
