Workout help
I just started a job working 3rd shift (11pm-7am) and since i started that my workouts have been more difficut because im used to going early in the morning when i wake up(i.e 9am or so) but now when i get home at 730 i go to sleep and go work out when i get up at 1 or 2 but i seem to not have the same energy...im getting the same amount of sleep i usually do but its just at a different time, could there be any reason because i dont sleep at normal times that my body has less energy
also is there any suggestions for ideas to make my workouts bettter considering my situation
any help would be great
