I have to say, it seems as though most of my thoughts have always come across as if it's somebody else in my head telling them to me. While I understand otherwise, that is the feeling I have when thinking. I have, quite literally, had conversations in my head where it is as if there's somebody taking the opposite stance as myself.
I too was kind of under the impression that everybody kind of thought that way.
