Hey,
I have no experience with installing windows XP 64 bit, but i currently have Windows XP pro and Slackware linux installed on 2 seperate drives. I suggest installing wondows first because it is more fussy than linux and then installing linux. I also prefer to let linux manage the boot options, you can use LILO or GRUB either boot loader is good. The other way is to let the windows boot loader do it which requires you to copy the first 512 bytes of your linux partition and move it to your C: drive and edit the BOOT.INI file to point to it. I prefer the first option and it has worked flawlessly for me. You can find tonnes of guides for dualbooting on www.linuxquestions.org

hope this helps.
