Is that legal?

Over here, unless you're a locksmith and at work you'd be likely to be arrested for "going equipped" if you went out with a set of lock-picks.

That said, I used to have a lockpick keyring when I was a kid - I could open any locker at school and most bike locks. Oddly enough I never used it to steal stuff - I just liked the challenge of beatig the hardware.
