Nuts aren't a bad idea.
I have been thinking about getting meal replacement bars, and eatting those through out the day. It wouldn't be hard to pack my lunch that way. One of the problems is during my 'lunch break' it is hard to wait in the lines to get food, and have enough time to eat it somedays.
Today I had the natou and rice bowl for breakfast.
Lunch was some kind of egg / breaded chicken on rice meal. (nasty btw)
Supper will be something strange I am sure.
I have the hardest time with dinner here, when they do serve meat it is often pork... but it is really tough, hard to eat.
Me being a little picky doesn't help.
