What about nuts? Nuts are high in protein, aren't they (I'm nowhere near a nutritionist)? How available is peanut butter? I'd think that'd be pretty high in fat and protein. Or maybe you can get a bunch of walnuts or something and just carry them around in a baggy that you can munch on throughout the day. Or maybe some Nipponuts (the theoretical Japanese-indigenous nut I just made up).
