I'll try the Dietpower program, I need to do something, I can't seem to find any healthy snacks. I know eating a candy bar isn't going to help.
A bowl of raman can get to 800ish cals, cup noodles etc. One thing is I am not able to eat as much rice as the Japanese people here. They can eat a bowl of rice, almost plain... I cannot do this.
I went and bought some premade rice things today.
250grams of rice = 375 cal
I can't really fry up anything to eat with so I bought ocha zuke, kind of flavor packet... all togetter it is like 400cals you also add hot green tea. Is a thing I can have for a snack while I am at home.
I do not think I will beable to get the right amount of protein here... so I am going to ask my friends to send me some from USA, unless I can find a place here.
