I'd say for me it's sushi/sashimi and related asian foods. Very fast, you don't even have to cook most of it and a good chef can whip together a nice roll or other concoction faster than you can say "McDonalds and similar foods are generally not very good for you". But I eat those too by the way
and love a good burger or steak.
A European slant to my favorite is raw herring (with chopped onion) that was caught a few hours before consumption, which is possible and popular in the Netherlands and local areas.
