I'm not sure that this could be completely fake unless someone could find an article where they say it is fake. All the technology that they showed in this video isn't anything thats new, wireless controllers and loading games directly into systems from other systems are already something that exist. Heck in one of the new wario ware games the system moves with you when you shake the DS.
The only thing thats really new is the package that its being delivered in and maybe the game lenses itself, but they did make a point of the virtual boy. Maybe Nintendo has been keeping this ace up its sleeve until the right moment.
