Sorry for that hassle. I know how it is. 1. Complain to your landlord. Some lease contracts include rules such as no late night parties or vandalism or unusual or unnessessary noise. Record the noise for if you ever end up in court and make copies to give to your landlord and for backup. Also 2. Report to the police. Make yourself a nusiance. The squeaky wheel get the oil. The more you hollar the more they will respond. With my landlord - they never check on things around here and stuff will go on indefinately. I just decided to call and leave messages (since she never answers the phone either) EVERY time something happens. If someone is treating you like trash more than likely they are causing other problems or not even paying rent on time. The landlord could potentially ask them to leave or even evict them. It's not in the landlords interest to have cops showing up all the time either. They are making your life a living hell - treat them to the same LEGALLY. Complain so loudly that no one can ignore it. Report disturbances EVERY time and you'll get through their thick skulls. You teach people how to treat you. They will eventually only do what you allow them to.
