In Oklahoma City it has to be Cattlemens in the stockyards district! Steaks that melt in your mouth, and lamb fries. Great atmosphere, nice folks, reasonable cost.
In Dallas, the Old San Francisco Steak House.
In San Diego, Qwiggs Bar and Grill at Ocean Beach.
