I agree with you, Elphaba, about the Passion. I had many friends who loved that movie but the entire time, all I kept thinking was "this is too violent to show". I felt the same way with "Monster". Charleze Theron was really convincing as the woman who murdered johns but the rapes that were shown were too graphic for me to watch.
