First thing tomorrow morning, call the doctor. don't wait. Since you are bleeding heavily, it's going to be effecting your iron count and your energy level, that's not good for you.
Doing some googling on side effects of coming off Depo, nothing I've seen says that what you are experiencing should happen... but that doesn't mean that it's not causing it.
