Simple - try Natural VitE (100iu) & selenium (50mcg) daily. Take regularly. Works wonders - most diets are deficient in these anyway & they are good for general health, heart problems, anti cancer, etc. Ordinary health shops have them. Keep to these low dosages however - don't overdose.
Brewers Yeast (300mg x2 daily) could be added too but the top two are the most important.
