Okay, I am a prairie boy... I don't want anyone slamming Pilsner. It is a good beer. You don't want to put a beer on your top 5 where all 5 are specialties that you can only find in special regions...
The Quebecois beer is fantastic, if you can handle it... Fin de la Monde ('End of the World') is awesome, as well as Maudite ("Goddamn"). They are about 10% alcohol, so don't beer-bong them or you'll be sorry.
