Heh, after I posted I searche the MS site and found the same article. Great minds must think alike

However the fix I used was the exact opposite as the one proposed by Microsoft. Instead of turning on the Remote Procedure Call as described in the article, I turned them off and use the User Datagram Protocol. The UDP provides a faster response for sending and receiving the messages. Probably makes extra network traffic, but for 10 people it doesn't make that much difference.
