we close on our new house on May 10th. It was pretty easy bc the builders have taken care of everything for us. Being that this is my first house, it has been a good experience.
Sounds like you made a wonderful choice. Now you will have two sets of close friends in two locations and can look forward to spending the rest of your days in this wonderful old house.
