How does she respond to yours? Do you feel the need to hide you erections when it's just the two of you? Assuming you two are reasonably comfortable with each other (which you likely are, unless it's a brand new relationship) a light-hearted quip might make her realise it's nothing to hide. Remember that it's not always necessarily sexual if her nipples get hard either, that'll happen when it's cold too (another bit that's unfair; theirs get bigger, ours get smaller).
