In regards to the second post, the cpu does have a fan on it though, 99% of the time. I bought a 100$ computer from a graduating college student, he sold it cheap because it made a shitload of noise. Twenty dollars later, I replaced the power supply and the cpu fan - now my 2.4gig athlon is practically silent.
