Who wouldn't look tired after 8 days of galla lunches, interviews, visits and sailing? She's doing one hell of a job though 
As for the baby booties I don't recall them buying such a thing when they were in Tasmania?  It's possible she were pregnant at the time but they'd never say so in public and certainly never right after discovering the pregnancy themselves. That's the court's job.
