That said, most of those errors are generated by the system attempting to load the files at startup. To remove them use regedit and search for the filenames - CDAENG~1.DLL / BXXSF.DLL make sure that you omit the paths so that you find all instances and delete the keys, you'll need to run the search repeatedly for each file until it tells you "Finished Searching the Registry" to make sure that you remove them all.
For the scandisk (this one should be safe) if your system has the program SYSEDIT just use Start>Run>sysedit and remove the line containing scandisk or scandisk.exe from the autoexec.bat file.
