Are we talking about PDAs? Or something like small laptops?
If you're asking about PDA's, handsdown I recommend the Dell Axim x50v. I have one and love it. Has a 650Mhz processor, 128mb ram, wireless, bluetooth, etc. Great PDA.
If a smallish laptop, SONY makes really good small equipment.
