I was just thinking the other day that the various teams fortunes after the Shaq trade proved once and for all who the real leader of the team was.
Miami are thriving despite giving up three key players and Shaq barely playing 30 minutes a night, and the Lakers are floundering despite those three key players statistically making up for Shaq's absence and Kobe being given a larger role.
