It's a shame the golden voice of baseball is retired now. He and Chick Hearn were a couple of the last few links to the golden ages of sports reporting. However, I like the choice of Charlie Steiner as the replacement for Scully. No one can replace Vin, but at least Charlie brings a good bit of knowledge and class with his own bit of humor to the broadcasts.
