No but really, some girls don't say or do anything when they come and you can't tell, unless you are sensetive enough to feel their muscles contract around your penis. And even then sometimes you can't tell because I often have orgasms without contractions, in fact I often prefer it that way because the contractions sometimes hurt.

Just swallow your pride and ask your girl to tell you when she is close, and when she finishes. That way you can get to know the way she feels and acts when she is aroused and when she finally comes; I'm sure most people have some sort of signal (clenched fists, funny face, shriek).
