this is kind of a sappy thread.

to any of your out there who may have a child or loved one who is totally dependant upon you to live. how you feed, bathe, talk, soothe them.

as you know I'm an animal freak, and this doesn't really equal the above, but.... last night i feared I lost one of my children, Mr. Gimp, a very sick lizard who i've fallen in love with... i've been having to force feed him at times when he's tired.. cradling him like an infant and feeding him through a syringe and occasionally he can get a superworm down, but it takes great effort.
today he was perky..... by the time he got through eating he'd fall asleep from sheer exchauestion.

so.... you guys who have a kid... and can keep taking care of them, you gave up your life to keep them alive and hopefully happy. I salute you.
