ok but if that dosent get anywhere.. have a friend scale to thier balcony.. and super glue their window shut.. they cant get out they can wizz on your car.. and most landlords are slow to fix things..
never dmg their personal property though.. cuz that can come back on ya.. but if you think you can get away with it...
personally im evil to the core.. i just seem like a nice guy.. untill i get rubbed the wrong way...
me, I'd rewire his brake lines to his gas tank and cause 2k dmg to his car.. then i move on to other things.. like the internet and ruin his and all his friends names.. but hey thats just me
