you've never even seen her before? have you spoken to her on the phone? IM'd with her? do you know what she looks like?
if the two of you haven't had a good session of phone sex yet, I say that's the next step.
also, just because she's past the age of consent doesn't mean you couldn't me in legal trouble, depending on her age, your age, and the state you live in. i.e., if you're 20 and she's 16, that might still be illegal.
