Well if it were cold and you were in hell, it might be a good time to moisturize.
When I 'moisturize', all I'm doing is putting on spf-15 sunscreen (
Neotrogena Oil-free Moisture SPF-15). Every morning after rinsing off my face really quick, I put on a little bit of oil free spf-15. It doesn't make you break out, it keeps your skin kinda smooth, and it prevents too much sun exposure. Dermatonogists reccomend wearing at least spf 15-30 every day, every month, every year.
