There is an obvious difference between redneck and black, and I don't mean skin color.
If the discussion had involved the stereotype of Gangster Rap instead of Bubba the redneck, I would have said: a gangster rapper wouldn't be able to draw his gun fast enough due to all the gold chains around his neck. Of course, that's not as funny, but it succinctly illustrates the difference between what I said and what you think it means that I said it.
However, I apologize to all the rednecks here and everywhere who were offended.
