Dumping all women or all men into the same basket is LAZY THINKING. Some women would be shit cops, some men would also be shit cops.
I used to work at one of the roughest bars in western sydney australia. The woman who ran the place could break up fights far beter than any massive bouncer could ever hope to. She would reduce 6ft thugs in little boys with just a stern word and an ugly glance. She could diffuse these situations because she was a woman. Big burly men would be so weirded out by the prospect of this aggressive 50+ woman yelling at them, that theyd run away.
