Instead of adding another edit, I'm going to bump this so that those who were concerned might see it - and then I'll let it die.

I completely remade the resume page from scratch, and everything works just fine now. I can't explain why, but I think that the fact that the original page was created over 6 years ago is the reason it wouldn't link. Again - don't ask me why, but I'm sure that fact holds the underlying reason.

Anyway - thanks again to Spived2 and hrdwareguy for your help! Especially the "check the code" advice - Front Page was still adding directory information on background and separator line gifs. The only way to fix it was to go into the code and erase the extra information.
