The poll is obviously going to go with Jon Stewart simply because Kilborn was on so very long ago. If people here were even the Daily Show at that time, they would have a hard time remembering what it was like or how funny it was or wasn't.
I enjoyed Kilborn while he was on and it was a funny show then. But I think that when Stewart took over, it really made the show much more than it was. It was kind of a backwater commentary fake-news show. Now it is a much more biter social and political satire show. I do miss Steve Carell as one of the correspondents in recent memory. I wish he had stayed on. His bits and timing were the best.
