My mental health. Fitness has always been a part of my life, when im inactive i get depressed. I went through a stage when i was 18 that was pretty dark. I just started going for these 10km midnight runs. I did this for 3 years. I guess it was a kind of cathartic therapy. Also, somewhere in there, i like the pain, and the high after the pain.
