Definetly a fan of kegels. If you can control your erection you can last as long as you want. Also, i found out you can use your PC muscle to "pulse" your erection inside the girl.

You just have to pee a few times, stopping and starting the flow again, to figure out where the muscle is, then you can get control over it.
