Sad to say, but of all poeple on this planet black people are the most hated and despised. Racism still lingers and is very much institutionalized to this day albeit in a less blatant way than in the 1950s.

You have quite the balls to make a statement out of the blue like that with no evidence to back it up. I'm part of the most despised group of people on the planet? Wow, I don't know whether to feel honored to receive so much attention or feel sorry that there are still humans on this rock that judge people by their skin pigmentation. Make me really wonder about the future of our species if we can't get along with each other.
Anyway, to answer the original posters question, date whoever the fuck you want to date. I don't give a shit. I'm black and my wife if half eskimo/white and we've been married for almost 9 years now. Do we still get funny looks from blacks and whites after all this time who have no clue as to who we are or what we're about? You bet. Do I feel sorry for them that they live such shallowed lives? You bet. In the year 2005 you would think that this is a non issue with consenting adults. But unfortunately, that's not the case. This is still an issue with many people due to their upbringing. To everyone who thinks that this should be a non-issue, I'm with you. I wish that were the case as well. Maybe one day it will be. As long as people keep bringing up their kids with their one sided beliefs, then this will continue. No matter if it's the year 2100 or 2200. Until then, what can we do? Try to educate people that we're all the same species, bleed the same blood and feel the same pain.
Maybe one day we'll see ourselves for what we really are. Human.
