As I was saying, I don't know why they are doing it, but they are doing it and nothing you can say will change my mind. You can have your beliefs about the subject, and I'll have mine, but I don't appreciate you taking a superior tone with me on the subject. Does water crystalize into strands that look like spiderwebs? No. Have you seen what I'm talking about? Obviously not. Do you have an open mind to this theory? No, so get out of Tilited Paranoia.

An excellent attitude to take. "I have closed my mind to the concept that the government is NOT participating in nefarious plots against me, so get out of my fantasy world."
Do you have pictures of these strands? I sure hope so, because why should we take YOUR word that these strands are 1) there and 2) sent by the government?
How do you know they aren't spider webs? I'll give you a hint: Spiders make two kinds of silk, sticky, and non sticky. So just because it wasn't sticky doesn't mean it wasn't spider silk.
The government is not just going to dump chemicals on you for shits and giggles. There must be a reason. Come up with a few. Theorize on it. Why would they want to spray you with barium? And by the way I didn't put words in your mouth, you're the one that brought barium up and mentioned it was used in Xrays. The logical conclusion would be that you are suggesting the government is covertly Xraying its citizens. Admittedly, nothing about the chem trail whacko-conspiracy has anything remotely to do with logic, so I'm not sure why I assumed you would have a logical explanation for why you think the government is coating you with the stuff.
And back to the strand issue, how do you know it's being sprayed by chem trail overlords? Couldn't it be a bug fogger, or lawn spray, or any number of other things?
The trouble with theorists like yourself is that you set yourself up for ridicule. You run around yelling about all the evil things the government is doing to you despite having no evidence and no motive for these awful acts, and then you wonder why people disagree with your ideas and try to kick them out of your sandbox.
If you're going to preach wild theories, expect resistance, especially if you have absolutely nothing to back your theories up.
Oh, and I don't have an open mind to this thery because I have seen no evidence as to its veracity and plenty of evidence that the theory is bullshit. If by "open mind" you mean I "believe anything I'm told by anyone no matter how stupid it seems" then you're right, I do not have an open mind.

Went to your link. The articles there look like they're written by a paranoid schizophrenic, which in all likelihood they were.
What gets me is that there's plenty of evidence that the government IS engaged in an orwellian campaign against truth - just look at how the WMD story changed from the build up to the Iraq war to the present day. Truth right now is whatever Bush and Co. say it is. But there's NO evidence that they're spraying chemicals at 40,000 feet, and plenty of evidence that they are not. Yet the conspiracy theorists latch on to this insane notion while ignoring the REAL Bush conspiracy to start the war in Iraq. It boggles my mind!
