I won't pretend to be a doctor, but I'm guessing that the fatigue is coming from the sleeping pills/lack of sleep. And the sleep issues are reinforced by caffeine (although green tea doesn't have too much). You may be in a vicious loop here. Next time you get a few days paid vacation, skip the tea and cut back on the pills for a few days. If things improve, maybe I should go to med school. Otherwise, talk to your doctor.
